Found a great tasting (and simple) recipe for building a balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed plus
1 teaspoon brown sugar, packed

Combine all the ingredients and reduce. Easy peesy.
