Sell It and They Will Come

I just got a call from our Real Estate Agent and the other agent who toured the house yesterday with her husband is interested in the house!

I guess they have their house on the market (in the F-Dub) and have gotten an offer on it. They want a better offer, so the prospective buyer is coming back to them this week with a stronger offer. If they sell their house...wait for it...they want ours!!

Can you believe that we haven't even had our house on the market for a week and we may have an offer by the end of the week?! Crazy!
