Earth Hour
Anybody heard of this Earth Hour thing? I guess the idea is that everyone in the world turns off their power for one hour at the same time in order to conserve energy or something. It's tomorrow (Saturday, the 29th of March) at 8 p.m. Normally I'd say, "8 p.m.?! Are you crazy?!" but since nothing good will be on tv tomorrow night from eight until nine, I think I might participate! ;)
The only hitch is that to *really* get in to it, you'd have to throw the breakers on your house so your tv, fridge, etc. aren't still using energy as they sit dormant. As long as my Cold Stone doesn't melt, I'm all in.
